Celebrate the Scottish heritage of one of Naperville's philanthropists, Caroline Martin Mitchell, at Pinecraig Games. Learn about the Martin family, Pinecraig Mansion, and Carrie's gift to the City of Naperville.  Enjoy Scottish dancing, a shortbread baking contest, miniature golfing, crafts, historic houses and more! A highlight of this event will be a Pinewood Derby.

PLAYSCAPE/SPLASHPAD  -  MAY 1 - OCTOBER 31

• The Rita (Fredenhagen) and John Harvard Early Learning Playscape is open May 1 to October 31. 
• The water features in the Splashpad will only be turned on, weather permitting, from May 15 through September 30, on days that the temperature is above 70 degrees.
• Water will be shut off during lightning, heavy storms, tornadoes, and for repairs as needed.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

• Face masks are currently not required at Naper Settlement.  Guests are welcome to continue to wear masks anywhere in the museum. Naper Settlement monitors and follows the State of Illinois' COVID-19 guidelines and may amend this policy at any time.
