MEMBERS - You must create and/or sign into a Naper Settlement online account to receive your applicable member discounts.

  1. SIGN IN to your Naper Settlement online account (choose SIGN IN in the upper right of this page).
  2. If you have not previously created your online account, select REGISTER in the upper right of this screen to create your online account.
  3. Once your account is created, choose SIGN IN in the upper right of this page. 
  4. Select the MEMBER ticket types from the list below. Your member discount will only be applied to MEMBER ticket types.
    • The appropriate member discount will apply when you add the tickets to the cart. DO NOT CHOOSE the UNDER 4 price types unless you have children under 4 years in your party. 

IMPORTANT MEMBER NOTE  Thank you for your support as a member of Naper Settlement. 

If your membership is current at the time you secured event tickets, our system allows you to reserve member tickets beyond your membership expiration date.  However, any member tickets for All Hallows Eve that are not covered by an active membership on the day of the event, will be cancelled 5 business days before the event if the membership is not renewed. We want to be sure there is no confusion at the event gate, so we are here to help you renew your membership, if needed.  If you are not sure when your membership expires or you missed the renewal date, you can contact our Guest Services team at 630-420-6010 for assistance and information. 

NON-MEMBERS - General Public Sales Begin August 4.

  1. SIGN IN to your Naper Settlement online account (choose SIGN IN in the upper right of this page).
  2. If you have not previously created your online account, select REGISTER in the upper right of this screen to create your online account.
  3. Once your account is created, choose SIGN IN in the upper right of this page.
  4. Select only ticket types not shown as MEMBER.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

  • You will receive two emails from Naper Settlement once your order is completed; your e-ticket(s) and your order receipt.
  • Your e-tickets email will include important event information and a link to your tickets.
  • If you do not receive these emails, please check your SPAM folder or contact Naper Settlement at 630.420.6010.
  • All sales are final for this event. No refunds or exchanges are provided in case of inclement weather.
