MEMBERS & RESIDENTS
Before purchasing your ticket(s), please either SIGN IN or REGISTER for our site (upper right corner) to create your Naper Settlement online account and simplify your registration.

1. To receive your member or resident General Admission ticket discount, you must create an online account (REGISTER) and/or SIGN IN to your account.
2. Choose the REGISTER link at the top of the screen to create your account.
3. After your account is created or if you already have an account, choose the SIGN IN link at the top of the screen to access your account.
4. Choose the corresponding MEMBER or RESIDENT ticket options below.
5. Select ADD TO CART.
6. If applicable, the price will reduce to $0.00 in the cart.
7. You will be charged for all admissions over your membership benefits.
8. To validate memberships or residency, photo ID will be required upon arrival in addition to your printed ticket(s).

PLAYSCAPE/SPLASHPAD TICKETS -  MAY 1 - OCTOBER 31

Timed entry to the Playscape/Splashpad is not required. You may visit the Playscape as part of your exploration of Naper Settlement.

• The Rita (Fredenhagen) and John Harvard Early Learning Playscape is open May 1 to October 31. 
• The water features in the Splashpad will only be turned on, weather permitting, from May 15 through September 30, on days that the temperature is above 70 degrees.
• Water will be shut off during lightning, heavy storms, tornadoes, and for repairs as needed.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE

• Face masks are currently not required at Naper Settlement.  Guests are welcome to continue to wear masks anywhere in the museum. Naper Settlement monitors and follows the State of Illinois' COVID-19 guidelines and may amend this policy at any time.  
• You will receive two emails from Naper Settlement once your General Admission order is completed; your e-ticket(s) and your order receipt with additional information.
• If you do not receive these emails, please check your SPAM folder or contact Naper Settlement at 630.420.6010.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided in case of inclement weather.

• Guests with resident tickets, but no resident ID will be charged general admission prices for everyone is their party upon arrival.
